“fast Track Debt Relief”?

I want to sign up with a company called Fast Track Debt Relief that will call my creditors and negotiate a settlement. I know on your credit report something saying “Settled for less than full balance” is bad. My current credit score is 628, with almost $17,000 in credit card debt. Should I sign with this debt company, so that I can be out of debt in 3 years, instead of the 15 years it would take me to pay my 6 credit cards off on my own?
